Perfect Agent for Selling! We chose Michelle for the sale of our property, as she had helped us with a purchase recently. Selling and buying are different in many ways, and she was an expert in helping us navigate the process. She helped us figure out what was needed for the sale, both interior and exterior upgrades, and offered contacts for the fixes. We had a number in mind for the sale price but knowing the market she pushed us on that, and we're able to secure a full price offer! We had a few bumps for closing, and she stepped in and pushed it along. All around excellent agent and puts the client first.
